*I understand that Indian River Maker Market provides marketing, discovery, and Virtual Booth services and does not purchase, own, sell, or fulfill my products or take a commission on my product sales. I am responsible for receiving and processing payments directly from my customers.

*I understand that I am solely responsible for my product pricing, inventory, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping and/or pickup arrangements, customer service, returns or refunds, and for complying with all applicable taxes, licenses, permits, labeling requirements, and other laws or regulations related to my business and products.

*I understand that Indian River Maker Market does not guarantee product sales, customer inquiries, website traffic, or any specific level of business results from my participation in the marketplace.

*I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into Indian River Maker Market. Applications are reviewed for eligibility, product quality and presentation, marketplace fit, and overall category balance.

*I understand that if accepted as a Founding Maker, membership is $60 for the first six months and includes a Virtual Booth with up to 15 products. Payment is required after acceptance to secure my Founding Maker position and is nonrefundable once paid.
